I hurt my back while volunteering or doing fieldwork and went to the doctor where they simply prescribed pain killers and muscle relaxants. They did not even try to understand what was causing the pain from my lower back, hip, and down my thigh. My movements were limited, and sitting was very painful. I found Dr. Archer's practice on yelp actually, called them up and they said they could see me right away. Karen greeted me with the most sympathetic smile and helped me fill out my forms, and Dr. Archer was first concerned with determining the cause of the pain before trying anything – it turned out to be a bulging disk. He was very gentle throughout the treatment, and would continually check my pain level. He was also very happy to answer my questions about chiropractic and general back pain concerns. He recommended certain lower back pain exercises. I was able to go back to work and school after a week, and if the pain returns, he will see his patient again because he wants to make sure you are actually healing. I would highly recommend Archer Chiropractic Center. Note: Insurance-wise I have BCBS, and it was very reasonable.

I am very satisfied with the services that I received from Dr. Archer, and the wonderful hospitality that I received at the front desk from Karen, each and every visit. I was recently involved in an automobile accident and endured neck and back pains which has made my daily day-to-day-activities uncomfortable. Dr. Archer over the past month has been a life saver. He provided excellent treatment to me, inclusive of exercises that I could do at home. He made me feel very comfortable, and was very knowledgeable in this field, so I had no doubt that he knew exactly what he was doing. The flexible office hours are great, and can accommodate most anyone's schedule, and there was never any extreme wait time, which I really liked about this center. I have since had to relocate back to Memphis, TN, and feel like I am leaving family behind. My experience at Archer Chiropractic Center was very pleasant. This was the very first time I have ever been to a chiropractor, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. A friend had recommended Dr. Charles Archer, and I’m glad they did. I went in for shoulder pain that I had gotten from working out. Dr Archer and his staff were extremely nice and professional; they definitely made you feel welcome. Dr. Archer helped me tremendously, within a few weeks my shoulder pain was gone. Dr. Archer was very thorough in the explanation of my injury and had given me helpful tips and exercises to prevent this injury from happening again. It was also nice getting an alignment. The office was very nice, clean and at a great location. There was not any wait time at all, you can call just about any time and they would be able to fit you in the same day, and if I did have to wait I was able to relax on a massage table. Two thumbs up for Dr. Charles Archer and his staff.

I was greeted by his secretary/ assistance and later I found out, she was his mother, which makes a perfect team. I went to Dr. Chuck a few months ago because my lower back was in a knot and very painful. Chuck was not only easy to talk to but also listened to what my concerns were. He made his adjustments on my back and gave me some exercises that I should do. My back felt better after the adjustment and within a short period of time the pain went away.
